We loved our stay at Casa Leonie. The place was very clean and the kitchen well was well equipped. Whenever we had a question, our host/concierge was always available and responded quickly. The nearby wild life allowed us to truly connect with nature- everything was perfect! I highly recommend this casa, do not hesitate!

Casa Leonie is a well constructed and well maintained family beach house. The owners must be cool people because they put a lot of love and labor into Casa Leonie. It's got everything you need and is decorated and appointed very nicely. This place was meant for fun and is the perfect family casa. Awesome!

Our stay at Casa Leonie was amazing. The location was perfect it would be great for a family, lots of seating, bbq with a big pool. We saw monkeys right in our backyard. I highly recommend this property. Gated and very safe!! Pura Vida!!

The house was a good place to stay while we enjoyed the coastal area of Esterillos during early June of 2026.We had a lot of issues with power being out. We would have a power outage every 2-4 hours each night. Some would be just 10 seconds and others would last .5-1.5 hours. While this was out of the control of the host, it did cause some uncomfortable nights spent with no AC, no way to cook food, or to utilize the laundry machines. We were able to cool down in the pool which helped ease the heat and humidity. We did run out of toilet paper and some cleaning supplies but were able to buy these items in town. The advertisement photos that show the covered parking is not available. The owner occupies this space with thier vehicle. We had a longer wheelbase SUV for our visit and our vehicle protruded out into the road and we got complaints from neighbors. We were able to park about 200 meters down the road in a pullout spot. This was less than ideal but we were trying to be good guests. The home itself was great for me and my 4 kids. We enjoyed the macaws and other local fauna. The pool was well used and appreciated during power outages and days where the ocean was not swimable. It was easy to access from the highway and was close to a local market and some sodas/restraints in town. The mini super next to El Patio carried everything we needed and more for food and supplies. Brett’s Boards is a good local surf instructor and tour broker for adventures and fun!
