Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the house and its main amenities, including the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The owners do not live on the property. A caretaker/security guard lives in a separate small house within the grounds for security and assistance and does not share the guest areas. Having a car is recommended, as there is no practical public transportation option directly from the property.

Getting Around:

The property is located in a quiet residential area of Guayllabamba, close to Quito Zoo. A number of local restaurants and basic services are available in the area, although having a car is recommended for groceries and longer trips.



Quito Zoo is only a few minutes away by car. Quito International Airport is approximately 20–30 minutes away depending on traffic and the exact route.



Guayllabamba also provides convenient road access north toward Otavalo and other destinations in northern Ecuador. A car, taxi or private transfer is recommended for Quito, Pululahua and Otavalo.



Other Things to Note:

Guayllabamba is approximately 25–30 km from northern Quito. Travel times to central Quito vary significantly depending on destination and traffic, so having a car is recommended.
