This updated, modern home features coastal flares, tasteful decor and wonderful water views. This home is located on the Virginia Creek in Surf City. You can find several shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more all within a short drive away. Large & spacious decks, oversized glass windows, natural sunlight throughout and a private dock with a boat lift makes this home a true boater's paradise and nature lovers dream. This home features 2600 sq. ft. of living space and is the perfect size for a large family or group of friends. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there's enough room for everyone to spread out, yet still be under one roof. The primary bedroom features a King sized bed, Tv, ceiling fan and plenty of storage space for clothes. There is a large, luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sinks and both, a shower and soaker tub. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the water way right from the private deck! The bunk room in this home is perfect for the kids and offers two sets of twin bunks, with a total of 4 beds. There is one full hall bath with a shower/tub combo. There is an additional bedroom featuring a Queen bedroom, and the 4th bedroom offers another King sized bed. The chef in the family will love the fully equipped kitchen, open layout and the views overlooking the water way. There is a large island that offers plenty of seating in addition to the dining room seating. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, enjoy conversation and watch movies. Head on out to the deck and catch a beautiful sunset over the water way. I promise that you will never want to leave the beautiful views and serenity that this home offers! Memorial Day - Labor Day.** This property also offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp! No smoking or vaping allowed **Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management, no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.** We use a third party app to run a verification process before reservations are confirmed. Groups of unrelated guests must all be 25 years old, named on the rental agreement and all guests must provide a valid government issued photo ID due directly to Blue Anchor Property Management, for verification, after booking before reservation is confirmed. Additional security deposit hold (or security deposit of certified US funds) of up to $500/person may be assessed and/or paid directly to Blue Anchor Property Management after booking before reservation is confirmed. Special events such as weddings, parties, birthday parties, graduation parties or any gatherings of persons not named on the rental agreement must be approved directly to Blue Anchor Property Management, for verification, after booking before reservation is confirmed. Additional fees and Security deposit hold (or security deposit in certified US funds) along with s signed Special Event Addendum required directly with Blue Anchor Property Management after booking before for reservation to be confirmed. This property is one of the best we stayed at this summer. It is close to the Inter-coastal Waterway and a short boat ride to sandbars, beaches, and restaurants. The house is located in Virginia's creek, which had great fishing, even if you just fished from the dock. My wife and I will be going back and will most likely stay here again if its available. The attention to detail and the Hospitality Service was above and beyond. This is a perfect example of how a vacation should feel. Everyone involved should be very proud of the product and experince they have put together. First Class!!!
