Regardless of the polite staff, the experience was very poor due to poor cleanliness, humidity, and the unpleasant odor.

The stay was not comfortable at all due to a bad odor and severe humidity in the room, especially near the bed, to the point that I would sometimes wake up from sleep because of the bad smell and inability to breathe. In addition, the place was full of dust upon arrival, and the refrigerator, oven, and dishes were dirty, forcing us to clean the place ourselves. Even after using an air freshener, the annoying odor did not go away.

Die Lage war ok. Strand war nah, aber nicht schön. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Mietwagen.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Check-in was delayed by about one hour. The official check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we were only able to enter at around 4:00 PM because the cleaner was still working. We had already arrived at 12:00 PM after a five-hour flight, so this was very inconvenient. Even after entering, the floor was still wet for almost another hour. The apartment had a strong musty smell when we arrived, even though the windows were open. The cleaning equipment outside the door was full of old hair and dust, and the floor did not feel properly clean. The bedroom was also not comfortable. There were stains on the pillowcases, the blanket provided for two people was only a small bed sheet, and the mattress was very worn out. We both woke up with back and neck pain, despite being in our mid-twenties and physically active. The bathroom was in very poor condition, especially the shower cabin, which had visible mold around the edges. The refrigerator smelled strongly of chlorine throughout the week. The dishwasher was leaking during use, forcing us to place towels on the floor, and the washing machine looked unhygienic, with mold or stains around the rubber seal. The terrace was not well maintained either. Some wooden boards were broken, including near the step, which could be dangerous. The pool was also very dirty, so we did not use it at all. The beach is relatively close to the accommodation, which is convenient. However, we found it to be quite dirty. Beaches just 15 minutes away by car had crystal-clear water and were much cleaner and better maintained. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is simply not acceptable. We paid around €500 for five nights and expected a much cleaner, safer and more comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet our expectations.

Excellent location!

We spent over a week in the apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is new and very clean. The host was thoughtful, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location was exactly what we were looking for, just a three-minute walk from the beach.

Moldy place, stay away

The property is well located, and looks nice at first glance. The space is used quite well, many things fit in and the apt seems modern once you arrive.

First, after booking the place, I had to fill an online form that was difficult to do cause there was always something missing. I received so many Whatsapp text and emails saying that even though I paid, if I don't sign the contract online, my booking is not confirmed! However, I couldn't sign the contract before I gave the deposit, but they don't open that option for payment until the day of arrival. So for days I was harassed by texts and emails threatening to cancel my booking with no option to actually pay the deposit and sign the contract. It was settled after I dedicated many hours to resolve this issue and beg the property to open the option to pay the deposit - BIG PROBLEM. I received instructions on how to find the apt and how to open the key box, with a video tutorial. However, the key box was not indicated as the instructions explained, nor was the key box the type of box that the video showed - it opens a different way. So, I was trying to open all 5 key boxes like a lunatic after many hours of travel.... Not fun! The bed is supposedly a for 2 people, but it is pretty narrow, 120 cm, that is not wide enough for 2 people! And we were provided one towel each, so you are expected to dry both your face a body with the same towel! The bathroom doesn't have a window, so I would leave the door open when we would go out for some air to come in, but the apt always smelled bad when we'd return and I realized that it was from the MOLD in the shower! I attached the photos. For a cleaning fee of 60 eur, I would expect a mold free apt! I couldn't wait to leave that place and no hurt my health with moldy air. After we left, I had to beg for my deposit and it was returned after a month! The people managing the place sent me a survey asking me to praise them for a job well done, but I was really appalled with that place and their work. So, I do not recommend this place.
