I love how central the place is. It is literally just one small road away from the tourist lane. And even though it's next to a touristy place, there were hardly any noise.
The whole house is a blast from the past, from the sliding metal gate at the front, to the simple kitchen/toilet setting at the back.
The room was also very spacious and beautiful. The interiors are simple and bare, but it fit the concept so well.
Because it hasnt been heavily renovated, the gate and doors will need a little push whenever you go through them. And if you don't watch how you close the doors, you will be met with a loud thud as it crashes into the door frame. It's a minor issue.
At night, there were 3 cockroaches running around in the toilet/kitchen area. Managed to kill 2, but the other ran. I suppose this is normal with how the whole setup was.

Ottima posizione, centrale, a quattro passi da Armenian street ma in una via laterale tranquilla.
Appartamento ristrutturato e ben arredato, interni puliti, completo di tutto con ampi spazi salotto/ tavolo da pranzo. Esperienza suggestiva con un cortile privato dove si trovano il cucinotto, l’area bagno, la doccia e una vasca con i pesci rossi (senza zanzare).
Complessivamente tutto bene. Molto consigliato.
Poiché la cucina si trova nel cortile all’aperto, bisognerebbe migliorare la pulizia di alcune stoviglie che erano appese o riposte nello scolapiatti esterno, e quindi esposte a qualche ragnatela.

Very hard to dislike anything in this property but be aware its authentic. Kitchen and shower are outside but really adds to the vibe. There could be a few more glasses and mugs available but a really great stay.
