Super apartment with all you'd need for a comfortable stay - lovely decor
Best to head for Holiday Inn - when arriving by car (as pedestrian Street for entrance) but easy to walk around corner to enter from HI

Posizione perfetta perfetta per visitare la città. Colazione superlativa, servita all’adiacente Holiday Inn (collegato internamente tramite un corridoio). Camera ampia e spaziosa.

Overall: Clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay.
Pros:
* Clean and well-maintained rooms.
* Good overall experience.
Areas for Improvement:
* Check-in: The entrance and reception location were not clearly explained. We spent around 30 minutes trying to find the hotel before calling reception. Clear arrival instructions would be very helpful.
* Payment: The amount charged to my credit card was higher than the booking amount due to bank-related charges. I don’t mind paying the charges, but guests should be informed in advance.
* Customer Service: I requested a late check-out of only 30 minutes, but the response was quite rude. Even if the request cannot be approved, a polite and professional response would leave a much better impression.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but improving communication and customer service would make the experience even better.
