I’m not a person that is fond of hotels, but the Roost exceeded my expectations with how clean it was.
I actually don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Location. Also the concept, an apartment with most amenities, instead of a hotel room.
It looks worn down. Then3rd floor room doors are faded and scuffed. Not a good look walking down the hallway to your room. The furnishings just as bad. Carpet faded, sofa and cushions beat.
Had to pick up change that fell from my purse. Corners, floor moldings and shelves dirty. i guess housekeeping doesn’t have time to bend or pass a duster there?
Where are the plants? I stayed here during the summer, there were plants in the rooms. Now there is barely any personality to the room.
It looked dystopic.
