Everything! The location was excellent! So close to everything; easy walking distance to shops, beach, ferries.
The door to the apartment was difficult to unlock but not a game changer.

Location was good, room was not too bad. (Tiles were coming up, and place dated - but inside overall clean)
It all started with Check in. Even though I informed host at arrival at NCE that I was on way, set up time - he was over 30 minutes late, with me standing in street with Luggage. But the worst part: place is under renovations - entrance is horrible (smelly) and then on floor - stucco from work, all wrapped, and under construction. The balcony - even though showing the host - was full of dirt/stucco/building residue from work being done. He showed me where broom was, and let me clean it? I rented for balcony - property should have told me about the entire situation beforehand.
I also do not think it is correct for place to advertise its costs - and then hit you with an 800 Euro SECURITY DEPOSIT. No issue with deposits, but advise prior to booking what the place's policy is.
