Spacious and well-presented property, renovated beautifully. Has such a lovely feel to it. Great outside space and a brilliant location. Host could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment—it looks even more beautiful than in the pictures! It has so much charm, beautiful high ceilings, and a lovely garden. It feels very peaceful, especially considering it’s right in the heart of Rovinj.

Wow. What a fantastic stay at Premium Apartment Mulino. Our host Luka met us as arranged in a nearby car park and whisked us through the narrow streets to the apartment. When we entered the property it was literally breathtaking both in size and quality of the design / refurbishment. If Rovinj were not so beautiful I would have happily stayed inside for a week! The weather was hot, but the apartment always cool with powerful air conditioning in both the living areas and bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable - the 2 double bathrooms were great with powerful showers.
After travelling for 2 weeks before arriving the washing machine was a godsend. Luka also left a welcome pack which was very gratefully received.
The location is second to none. We last stayed here at Hotel Park decades ago. This apartment is in a quiet backwater literally 2 minutes walk into the centre of town for all the restaurants and boats. There's a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a bakery for breakfast at the bottom of the hill.
On leaving Luka arrived right on time to take us to our airport transfer pick up nearby. I cannot praise the apartment or the host more. You won't regret booking here!

My second stay at Mulino apartment did not disappoint - it is simply the one of the best apartments I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It has been beautifully renovated and is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Everything is of a high standard and there lots of little extras that make life easier in a holiday home. The garden is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are friendly, helpful and responsive. I recommend without hesitation.
