This hotel was very nice and close to Broadway! Great food in or around the hotel, and I loved that everything was walking distance. Pack some comfy boots !

Brilliant location for walking into Broadway
Pool very crowded more like a pool party !! And air conditioning very loud in our room . The hotel were not very knowledgeable about the credit you advertised when I booked they were u sure of the amount so I had to push it a bit and show proof of this ??

Location was in a decent area, easy to get to broadway, printers alley, and the gulch.
Customer service was awful. Staff very rude and short. They didn’t listen and just responded with short one word answers that didn’t pertain to the questions. Then were very rude when you asked for more detailed answers by asking the question again in a different way. We had a slight issue with our room and missing bathroom amenities. An easy fix thing, and instead of helping us with an answer, they just said some one will be to your room to help you right away to check it. So we went to the room, 2 hours later, the showed up. We’re annoyed we asked for help, then had to go get what we already told them was missing.
