Lovely spacious room, exceptional in unit resources for self catering and relaxing common areas
Having a team member on site would have been nice, not essential, just nice.

The common areas at this Kasa location are splendid. We did a Zoom mtg in the conference area and loved having the fireplace video behind us! The water and coffee machines in these areas were also a nice bonus. I was pleasantly surprised at the Virtual Concierge service—being able to text and receive an immediate personal response (not a robotext) was terrific. I didn't miss on-site personnel at all!
The pullout sofa was OK from a comfort perspective, but I'd recommend requesting an extra duvet to use under the matress pad to cushion the "furniture bones" a bit. Moving around the furniture to accommodate the open sofa could also be difficult for some travelers. Entering long door codes on smallish keypads takes some getting used to. The paid parking across the street was convenient, but the license-plate scan didn't work when we last exited and required some calling around, so leave a little bit of extra time.

We were in walking distance of restaurants we wanted to try. We felt safe. There was no breakfast.
It was extremely difficult to get in; they even wanted photos of both my profiles. And even though we registered our car the first day, we had trouble entering the garage every day after the first.
