Breakfast was very poor and no variety. Fruit was not cut up for guests to eat like a fruit salad. Breakfast was closed after 9.00 am which was not sufficient. A better closure time of 10.00 am would have been fine.
Variety of breakfast is a must.

The location was excellent for attending an NFL game.

Dirty- carpets need cleaned. Only would allow 4 towels for 4 people per room

Location was convenient to the event we were attending.
The place felt like a secured government building; needing to scan room card to use the elevators. One elevator was broken, causing long waits. Having to scan the QR code and inter al the information in the prompts the get out of the parking garage is absurd! Did they ever consider that the customer might not have a phone?
