Great location to Broadway and right next to printers alley

I liked the location. It was pretty quiet and away from Broadway, but an easy walk to the Ryman. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I came to town mainly to see my favorite band The Pretty Reckless at the Ryman and not having to go far in the heatwave was a big plus. And the AC in the room worked great.
My room was on a corner. Great view, but the curtain on the little window facing printers alley wasn’t quite large enough and the window was across from the bed. The lady at the front desk was helpful and provided some tape and trash bags that I could put up. Also it was mostly quiet but sometimes I could hear noise from the street. Mostly drunk people yelling at 2 am. But that didn’t happen very often.

Location was great! Matthew was amazing, he helped with our luggage!
The front desk staff did not accommodate our request for a different room/floor. There was no fan in the bathroom to make sure odor doesn't spread. The Wifi was basically non-existent and could not be relied on for a simple browsing.
