Included breakfast is a very nice perk and was very good. Rooms were clean and fresh. Room temperature was comfortable and consistently cool. Key card required for elevator gave extra security.
Did not like that parking is an extra added expense separate from the hotel room charge, even though it was a Hyatt parking garage. Easier if it could be added to your bill.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very nice, features were great. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly.
Access to parking could have been better. We had to walk a good bit to reach a door to access the property.

Breakfast was not as warm as I would have liked. Coffe was not hot more luke warm. ordered King and got a queen bed was not comfortable, pillows to thick. room was very clean so was hall away. Did not like the fack we had to pay for parking when it was park of the hotel.
Pillows was over stuffed and hard. The bed was hard and uncompfortable. ordered a King bed got a queen bed
