Location was perfect. 15 min walk to broadway, 10
Mins to the main bars and restaurants in the Gulch. 15/20 from airport by car. Nice large reception area. Room welcoming reception the whole time we were there. Hotel throughout was clean, I liked the styling of the room, comfy bed and large windows. Liked there was a fridge available. Ice and water machine put on the floor.
costs were excessive $59 per night for Valet parking. $25 per hour for late checkout. Checkout is at 11 and we had a night flight. No room available for guests to come back shower and change for the airport if not flying until the evening was difficult given we were there early September and the temperatures were high 30’s. No cash available to help break notes (apparently this had only changed a few weeks previously as management wanted a cashless hotel) no scales for guests to weigh cases ahead of travelling to the airport. Small things but make a big difference to international travellers.

Location was great. Looks like they have tried to update.
The room itself was nice but the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. There was zero water pressure could hardly rinse the soap out of my hair. Had to pay to park for an already overpriced stay.
