Free parking in front of the house. Fridge in the room. Very easy to check in and access the room. Host was responsive and provided us with all information. The room temperature was pretty cool (outside was a really hot weather). Mosquito nets on windows. Price/value ratio was acceptable.

Furniture in the room was pretty old and smelled of staleness, but I presume host is going to replace it in the future. The room has a small window and it is pretty dark.
