Bezproblemowy kontakt i check-in z właścicielką. Obiekt posiada jeden pokój i jedną sypialnie oraz łazienkę z pralką. W obiekcie jest klimatyzacja i Wi-Fi, które dobrze działają. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni oraz możliwość przyrządzania posiłków we własnym zakresie. Położenie obiektu jest dobre - pobliskie sklepy oraz położenie do plaży wynosi około 2,5 km.
Obiekt znajduje się częściowo w piwnicy i odczuwalny był zapach stęchlizny. Wejście do niego prowadzi przez strome betonowe zejście, co jest bardzo uciążliwe przy bagażach. Był problem z parkowaniem samochodu przy obiekcie. Sąsiedzi są niesympatyczni i przy parkowaniu samochodu coś się im nie podobało. Cena za obiekt jest za wysoka w stosunku do jego standardu.
