A great place to stay to explore Phillip Island

The location was really convenient, just a short 10mins walk from the shops and restaurants. The view was also great, a pity that it was winter so we could not really enjoy sitting at the balcony to enjoy the view

Loved the location, layout, lift access to each level for older people, had everything you could need. Absolutely fantastic communication and help from the host

Couches were awful….very uncomfortable….need replacing. Would have been nice to have the front facing windows and verandah area cleaned but difficult to keep clean in the weather. Bathrooms clean but stained.

No breakfast offered, position was excellent.

Improved lounge suit, almost collapsed felt like sitting on the floor, beds were lumpy! BBQ only partially worked, several light globes need replacement, OH&S issue in the kitchen. Oven was filthy. Has a couple of power failures during our visits, several battery emergency light fittings did not work.
