The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable and the garden setting was very nice. The apple tree had ripe apples. The was a coffee machine and coffee that were much appreciated.
Some items were simply not there: no towels in the kitchen, the heaters do not work, there was only one set of towels (bath towels and hand towels) available. In order to have more supplies, including clean towels, there was a cost. This is the only place (and we've traveled to over 50 countries), where you had to pay to get clean towels. I asked about the heaters, and they told me that there was a small space heater and that it was warm enough outside so the heater was all that was needed. I suppose if you lived in Estonia, 67° (daytime temperature) is considered warm enough in the middle of August. Our last morning there an alarm went off. When I notified the office, they said security would come an shut it off. Afer 2 hours of waiting, we left and the alarm was still going.

The location and garden are amazing. The pictures don’t do justice to the place. At the foot of the Kiek in de Kök tower, with lovely apple trees bearing tasty apples. Wonderful stay!
All was well. Only comment my be that the shower drain is a bit receded from the floor and you need to consider hoe to stand when showering.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive as we booked this stay a couple of hours prior to arriving. We had to sign a booking form online and provide a security deposit, which was fine, although took a bit of time to complete. The location was great, walk to town and a lovely cafe very close! It’s a cute apartment.
The apartment smelled musty like mould when we arrived. We opened the windows to allow the fresh air in, which helped. The bathroom also had some peculiar smells, I think coming from the sewerage or drains. Also, the pictures appeared we would be able to have a fire, however the fireplace was locked shut and no wood provided. There was also noise like dripping sounds when sleeping as well as the water heating going on and off throughout the night.
