Spacious,well equipped,quiet,comfortable.Good Coop locally
The access to the location was inhibiting,we didn’t wish to drive up the single track lanes in the dark.Going to the pub for an evening meal,when there is a high tide was not feasible .

Close to very nice beaches and scenery, would recommend visiting Shilstone cafe super nice and friendly.
Wifi not the greatest in parts of the home but that is mainly down to the area and not the fault of the home.

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable with good facilities (well equipped kitchen, nice stock of games etc)
The location is very rural, quiet and scenic but you definitely need a car and to be careful around the narrow roads.
Mothcombe beach is only 10 minutes drive away and is a perfect family beach - sandy, clear water and plenty of rock pools!
Surfing Cow Ice Cream is also 5 minutes away and is fantastic.
The internal doors don't close properly unless they're locked, which is a bit odd, but only a tiny detail.

Very quiet. The house was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Just two of us and so can only speak for one bed which was very comfortable. The roads to the property are largely single track for at least 4 miles so if you worry about reversing and close encounters bring all your supplies with you. The area is lovely with great walks on pretty steep paths. A fabulous beach is about 20 mins brisk walk. A tiny but well supplied co-op is within easy walking down hill!! Great pubs within walking distance.
