La maison est bien agencée et propre, la décoration agréable. Les hôtes sont faciles à joindre et répondent aux demandes. Le village est calme, près de Wurbourg, il y a une épicerie dans le village où on peut acheter le nécessaire et des supermarchés à proximité (en voiture).
Un volet roulant était cassé dans une chambre et il n'a pas été possible de le faire réparer durant notre séjour, mais les hôtes ont tenté d'améliorer la situation.
