We could not have felt more welcomed at La Pimpinella. When we arrived late in the evening, we found water, fruit, coffee (including a proper espresso machine), olive oil, and other condiments already waiting for us, a small touch that made all the difference after a long day of travel. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, and every appliance is brand new and fully electric, likely powered by the solar panels on the property, which should appeal to anyone environmentally conscious. The owners are extremely helpful and live close by, so any request was addressed quickly and warmly. There is ample free parking directly in front of the apartment, and the residential zone keeps things quiet. Poetto beach is within walking distance. For digital nomads: the free WiFi proved reliable, holding steady between 80 and 100 Mbps, enough to support simultaneous video calls for both of us. Hence, we would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cagliari.

Ho trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento e non potrei essere più felice della scelta. Gestendo anch’io un appartamento in affitto, ammetto di avere un occhio piuttosto critico e di stare molto attento ai dettagli… ma qui sono rimasto davvero a bocca aperta! Su tantissime cose c’è solo da prendere spunto.
L’appartamento è fantastico: arredato con grandissimo gusto, moderno, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. I proprietari sono stati super gentili e d'un'ospitalità rara: al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno e persino un’anguria fresca, un gesto di una dolcezza e premura uniche!
In più, un plauso enorme per il pensiero di mettere a disposizione gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia e tutti quei piccoli prodotti essenziali che fanno davvero la differenza tra un soggiorno "normale" e un'esperienza a 5 stelle.
Se cercate un punto di appoggio perfetto a Cagliari, gestito con amore e professionalità, questo è il posto giusto. Spero di tornare presto

The apartment is really great, spacious and very comfortable. All you need is there! The owners are VERY kind and helpful. They welcomed us with cold waters and Prosecco. It was really nice!
