The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view of Lake Garda. We could stay with our dog without any issues or additional charges. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and there was also a washing machine and a dishwasher. Another plus was having blinds on all the windows.
The biggest issue for us was the access road to the apartment. It was so steep and narrow that we couldn’t safely reach the property with our car (an electric SUV), as we were concerned about damaging the chassis. We eventually had to find alternative parking a few hundred metres away, at the Majestic Hotel, for €10 per day, and carry all our luggage to the apartment on foot up the very steep road.
I think this should be clearly mentioned in the Booking description. I wouldn’t book this apartment again with our particular car. Smaller cars were able to reach the property and park there, so this is mainly something to keep in mind if you have a larger or low-clearance vehicle.
Another issue was the lack of any outdoor trash bins near the apartment. As we were travelling with a dog, this made disposing of dog waste quite inconvenient.

Es war eine sehr schöne, frisch renovierte modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz und kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Lage nördlich von Malcesine war auch sehr gut, da man in einem kurzen sehr schönen Spaziergang durch Olivenhaine ins Zentrum von Malcesine laufen konnte.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Korrekt a szállásadó. A mosógépnek is nagyon örültünk. Rendezett, tiszta, modern szállás. Klimával felszerelt Parkolás is megoldott
Nincs függöny, ez miatt egész nap tűz be a nap 😢
A konyhában edények voltak, pirító, mosógép, mosogatógép, kv főző és alap fűszerek, pl só , cukor nem volt. Mosogatószert is vettünk, mert a pár tányér és pohár miatt a mosogatógépet nem akartuk elindítani.
A parkolás annak nehézséget okoz, aki alföldhöz szokott. Ezt azért a leírásban jelezném
