Rémi est très sympathique, accueillant et disponible.
L'appartement est original et c'est appréciable car ça nous change du quotidien. Il est propre et bien équipé.

Such a cute apartment, eclectic decoration, reasonably comfortable beds, and ... Air conditioning!!
The location was good, too. It is very close to a subway station (B and 6 lines), very close to many shops and restaurants on Rue Daguerre, and of course very close to Les Catacombes de Paris (which was very neat to visit).
It is a bit out of the way from other major sites in Paris, but they are all a reasonably quick Uber or subway ride away, and this place was reasonably priced even in peak season.
The main down side was having to carry out luggage up 5 flights of stairs, no lift. But that was not really a problem and expected for a place like this.

The location is great (in the 14th), there is a metro right outside and a wonderful walkable market street half a block away. There are grocery stores, specialty stores and restaurants and cafes. There are parks nearby and it is a nice area. The flat is comfortable, the wifi is good and since we were there in a heat wave the a/c was a blessing. You can see the Eiffel Tower out of the bathroom and one bedroom (half of it and the sparkles at night). It has a definite Bohemian Vibe that we loved, the owner feels like someone you would love to share a bottle of wine with on a hot evening. There have been a few updates to the furnishings since the photos but in a good way. The host was always available for questions.
Others have noted but it is a 5 floor walkup that was tough in a heatwave at the end of a day- not a problem but worth noting. There is nothing else, except Americans need to remember that European hotels and flats only offer one pillow per person.

This apartment is outstanding. I could not have asked for more — top floor, beautiful views (east and west), huge and many windows, a terrace to sit and enjoy the breeze above the city, all the amenities, incredible location for Metro and RER-B, etc. We arrived, took a quick nap and woke up to a beautiful rainbow. I’ll try to add a photo because that sums up our delightful stay.
I loved everything. It is a whole Paris experience and with that comes stairs, 5 flights, which isn’t a big deal unless you have a physical impairment.
