Reikėtų patobulinti paprastus dalykus ir tada svečiams bus smagiau.

Arti parduotuvė, metro. Butas antrame aukšte. Yra kondicionerius, šeip viskas gan neblogai, neskaitant kai kurių minusų.

Pirmiausiai šeimininkė neatsiuntė kaip patekti į butą, ji galėjo išanksto atsiųsti nuorodą užpildyti reikiamus duomenys. Kadangi vieną kartą (kitame bute, kitame mieste) prisijungimus esame gavę prieš pat atvykstant 15 val., galvojau gal čia bus taip pat. Tačiau ji nieko ir nesiuntė. Pradėjau jai skambinėti, po kurio laiko atskambino, įleido į butą atrakinus namus nuotoliu. Ji galėtų tuo pasirupinti iš anksto, o ne kelti streso svečiams. Virdulys neveikė, kas labai buvo nepatogu. Stalo įrankių nebuvo po 4, kai kurių buvo tik 3. Keptuvės tragiškos, tikrai galima atnaujinti. Kambaryje buvo tik kava, galima padėti bent 1-2 pakelius arbatos ir cukraus. Pirmam gėrimui pasidaryti. Tikrai nekainuoja daug. Šiukšlės prašė rūšiuoti, bet šiukšlių dėžė buvo viena ir vienas maišelis. Tokių atveju turi būti atitinkami kibirai ir namie. Išvykimas buvo 10val. ryto. Pakol surūšiavome šiukšles prie konteinerio, jau buvo 10 val ir atidaryti lauko durys jau buvo neįmanoma su programele. Galėtų bent iki 10:30 palikti prieeigą.

Not for families

Location

Let me start with what was genuinely good: the apartment was impeccably clean and the location was perfect. It is very close to the M1 metro line, which makes getting around Milan much easier for tourists. But the positive aspects end there. Many things in the apartment did not work properly (the bedroom lamp, the electric kettle, and although the oven worked, it was extremely weak). There were two air conditioners, but we were not given the remote controls because, according to them, we supposedly did not need them. Milan was very cold in May, and the apartment was unbearably cold as well (tile floors and old windows). After I asked them to bring us the remotes for the air conditioners so they could at least be used for heating, I was told they would try to deliver them, but after that they never contacted us again. There is also a bar across the street from the apartment that can become quite noisy in the evenings, and the apartment windows are old and do not block the noise at all. This is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with small children. Also, the bed in the bedroom was fine, but the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, so I would definitely not recommend this apartment for families.

Great stay! I wouldn´t hesitate chosing the same place next time!

Very clean and comfortable, great location - close to the metro red line, lots of shops around and a vibrant atmosphere at the local bars nearby. Very convenient to get fast by metro in the city center.

Nice and spacious apartment in a good location

The host was very friendly, helpful and easily reachable over whatsapp. She allowed us to come in earlier on the day of our arrival and also to leave our bags at the property after check-out until our flight was departing. The apartment was in a good location close to the metro station and a supermarket. Very spacious and cozy apartment. The property uses a digital key meaning that you open and close the door using your phone. Was a bit confusing at first but then when we got a hang of it it was very convenient.

One of the downsides was a bar across the street. It is open until 1am and a lot of people stand outside and talk very loudly. If you are a light sleeper you might need earplugs. Another thing was slightly understocked kitchen. There was no cutting board, coffee mugs, clean dish sponge etc. But also when we menitoned to the host that there were no dishwasher tablets, they brought us some later that day, so again very responsive host.
