Hôtel & SPA Napoléon

Superhandige locatie vlakbij Kasteel Fontainebleau, en parking Napoléon. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst aan de balie. Je merkt dat je meer bent dan een 'gewone' hotelgast. Ze zorgen ervoor dat je je welkom voelt. Beste bedden trouwens van onze volledige reis door de Loire streek. Super lekker, en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

We hadden wat moeite om in de douche de juiste temperatuur te handhaven, maar ik vermoed dat dit een klein tijdelijk probleempje was.

We found the public parking without too much difficulty and this was close to the hotel. On arrival, were were greeted in a professional and warm manner. The public areas of the hotel are beautifully designed and of a high standard, but in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Our room was up in a lift, down some stairs, and up some stairs, which could have been easier. The room, though small, was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a great bed and bathroom facilities. Situated close to a good choice of bars and restaurants, the hotel's location in Fontainebleau was excellent. Breakfast was superb and the waiting staff very attentive.

Access to the room was a little annoying, as was access from the reception to the lobby (for guests with less than perfect mobility). The room overlooking the courtyard was noisy for a time when other guests were enjoying their drinks.

Le personnel. Le spa. La piscine. La literie. Le cadre Napoléonien. Le mobilier.

Le petit déjeuner pas assez qualitatif et copieux pour un 4 étoiles. La température de la chambre sous les toits est un peu élevée. Pas de pot d'accueil dans la chambre et d'infos sur la ville.

l'emplacement et le personnel très bien. le spa correct.

l'hotel un peu vieillot pour ce niveau d'hotel. les chambres (nous etions en suite) pas très confortable, bien mais pas exceptionnel. le gros point noir est pour l'accès au spa nous devons traverser le bar donc pas très agreable.
