The size and location
No windows in the lounge / kitchen. Showers weren’t great - could do with updating.

Good communication with hosts. Good location to explore Manchester and visit theatre. Clean with plenty of crockery.
Door to bathroom scrapped the floor. Single bed in first bedroom quite lumpy. Damp patch in kitchen, but apart from these little issues Great place to stay

We were a group of 9 and had a nice stay overall, largely thanks to the perfect location. The video guides provided for accessing the building and apartment were excellent and made arrival seamless.
However, the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The shower area was a big turn-off, as it had mould and hair left behind from previous visitors. Additionally, the 4 table chairs were too unstable to sit on, one towel was missing, and another was dirty. The walls could also use a fresh coat of paint, though that was easier to forgive. It’s a great property, but the management needs to address these housekeeping issues.
