It’s location was ideal for us. Everything was as described when we booked. Spacious and comfortable. The letmestay staff was very helpful and accommodating. They replaced our coffee machine in incredible timing when we couldn’t get it to work and they agreed to all our requests.

Quirky and comfortable
Shame the garden hadn’t been taken care of as we wanted to eat outside but it was full of weeds and unkempt

Quick communication and response to any questions. House was immaculate and well stocked with some essentials. For example washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets.
Beds were very comfortable.

It was a lovely modern, spacious property, well equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday in the lakes. Fab, quirky art works, trinkets and furniture pieces made it stand out. Lots of storage space and comfortable beds.
the back garden could do with a tidy and neaten up to make it more appealing to use but this is purely cosmetic and we loved the property. the front door is difficult to lock and unlock and is incredibly stiff.
