The unit provides everything that allows us to do simple cooking. The arrival special sourdough from the owner was so good! Location to town center is approx 5km. Cafes, restaurants, wineries, beach/ocean, hiking trails around the area are easily accessible by car. Owner provides a guidebook for places to visit and with various options from budget to lux...
I like the green grassy fresh air, the flower sense in the air, the chirpy birds singing every day really allow us to enjoy the peace and nature! Every morning I will see a mother duck leading like 10 little ducklings around the field just like doing a morning walk :) I happened to be able to get very close with the two cows in the farm opposite and the cows are not the usual cow we see, they are 'hairy'... something very unique for our experience. And nearby in the walking trail there is a kangaroo farm that also gave us such a great surprise to watch

If I have to say something, it will be the nature caused of the seasonal bugs that did not allow us to sit outdoor without getting the "attack" by the bugs..
One other small issue is the charging plug in one of the room (nearer to the entrance) is not working well, it gets disconnected easily and the wifi is not as strong as I had wanted... but it is not an issue for we enjoyed the nature so much and we learnt to allow the world to move by in a slower pace...

There were insects inside the property and power down couple of times.. Specially its hard with the kids
