The location was very convenient close to many eating places and spas.
The view from the balcony was great. The bed was very comfortable. Soft lighting in the room gave it a cozy ambience. Staff response was fast. The faulty kettle was replaced within 30 mins of my calling in. Communication with the host was AI assisted and was fast and efficient.
It was hard to locate the exact letterbox where the card key was kept as the unit number did not run in sequence with the rest of the units. A photo would be helpful.
Only 1 card key was supplied. This means the 2 guests must always be together which made it rather inconvenient at times. Should have requested for one more. The long corridor leading to the room was not airconed and not well ventilated. Coupled with the thick carpet which appeared not so well cleaned, the corridor was smelly. There were no daylight curtains in the room to filter out the morning glare. Not enough hangers were provided. Should have requested for a few more. Finally, the microfiber towel provided tend to smell after just one use unlike normal cotton towels that can be used several times. No teaspoons were provided. Should have requested.

Self check in process ok. But when i wanted to extend stay worked out ok - but was lack of understanding of needs of some customers (i.e. not wanting to carry luggage around for 3 hrs between checking out of one room and checking into another. Before booking extra nights actually messaged to check i could stay in same room - was asked for booking # - then booked extra nights - then told i would have to move rooms. I understand there is a issue of allocating door codes - but process could be better when people want to extend stay

Location is not bad, value for money and room is spacious.
I received a whatsapp message a week before the stay and it was sent by a completely different name from the booking. I didnt know it was from them as there were so many on-going scams so I blocked the number. No email nor chat was sent here to let me know the message was from them. Upon checking in, I was lucky to get help from hotel staff which does not work for them but kindly showed me the way up to a quiet carpark where I can get my keys from the letterbox. Bedsheets looked a bit used and has a little stale smell to it.
