This location is located on a beautiful waterfront property there’s plenty amenities around to do and you’re not far from everything but away from the traffic which i did like as well. The House it’s self is very nice, but also very outdated as far as Electronics, but other then that this property is beautiful and it sits on the back of a harbour. I would consider renting this house again if I came back to Destin, I have no complaints except for the electronics being outdated and not being accommodated a late check out time even though the house wasn’t booked for that day or the next.

The location was very convenient. The house has so much natural light and the upper floor bedroom balcony has a splendid view. The resort is well taken care of. All in all we would return for our next vacation!
They have to fix an issue with the lawn sprinklers which went on and off at undue hours on a couple of days.
