The apartment is wonderful, the location is perfect (10 min walk to one of the nicest beaches we found in Split + quiet neighbourhood), very clean, has everything you need and is in great condition. We also had very good communication with the host. The kitchen seemed quite new and is well equipped, perfect for a longer stay and cooking at home. Aesthetically, we especially loved the windows and the beautiful wooden floor in the bedroom. Since we travelled in October, we didn't need the air conditioning, but it's there. We also didn't need the parking spot, but it's right in front of the house.
The only thing is that the bed in the main bedroom is not very comfortable. It might be okay for 2-3 nights if you have a good back, but for a longer stay it isn't optimal.
