The lodge was lovely and clean. Smelt beautiful as we entered. The fishing lake location was picturesque. The decking area was spacious and had lots of seating. The hot tub was fab.
Wasn’t too keen on the pillows, a little hard for me. Also the road noise through the night was fairly constant. But we expected that given the location of the lodge.

Location was perfect, plenty of space and had everything we needed
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. The only small issue we experienced was our neighbours had rats on there fishing peg and decking which they reported to guest services. The maintenance man came to put bait boxes down near their grass and placed one at the bottom of our van decking as we had seen them under the outside table. This didn’t have any effect on our experience while we were there as we fully understand that all rodents will be present around the water.

Ideal location lovely lake great veranda plenty of seating very private.great hottub
View of lake spoilt by overgrown trees and bushes.stains on sheets on one single bed and a slatbroken.had to wash big plates before use and lack of small chopping knives

- I liked that the caravan is near the main complex
- Modern caravan
- Didn’t manage to use the Hot Tub due to rats climbing on the lid & cover. (I did inform the host about this and they mentioned rats are common at Tattershall but not on Rudd Lake?) I understand this is a country park but rats on the decking put me off.
