We liked everything
The villa was amazing , absolutely beautiful, happy, sea view from every corner, the pool and outside beautiful , nice furniture , well kept, pool guy came over twice during the week, everything we needed was there, the bedrooms pleasant sea view, the kitchen well equipped. The furniture outside the house very nice and well kept. The location excellent, 5 minutes to beach where we swam with turtles, fig tree beach 10 minutes we saw Lion fish, 5 minutes to bus stop and mini market, 10 minutes to restaurant area. We recommend Folio , yiasemin, Nubla. I pray we come back one day.

A great villa right by the sea! Lovely and clean and everything was in good condition. Beds VERY comfortable - made getting up in the morning difficult but not really a problem! 😕
Only slight issue was lack of supermarkets within short distance walk - nearest (Rosso) was about 15-20 mins away. Google Maps had a well rated one closer but when we got there, it'd gone - just an empty building remained. 😥

The location is just great - especially we picked this for its proximity to Tiny Beach which is 5 minutes walk. We were able to snorkel with sea turtles in the morning. Conveniently located to Fig Tree and Nissi beaches as well as stores and restaurants. The property is quite good and part of a residential development.
Could be better kept as we could see rusting in some of the windows. Bathrooms were too constrained and not very kid friendly. Dishwasher was too small - the large plates couldn't go in. Price was bit on the higher side given the facilities. Deposit was too high.
