I booked the place just the previous night due to a hiccup with my previous accommodation. Lucas was extremely accommodating, he helped me check in even while I had an uncertain schedule and let me stay longer flexibly.
The flat is in a building that is quite new and has a coworking space and multi-use space. The room had a nice view and balcony even though if it was quite small. The shower was small, which might not suit everyone, but had good water pressure and hot water.
The neighbourhood itself was also excellent. Almagro doesn't get hyped as much as Palermo or Recoleta but it's perfectly fine and has a lot of local life going on.
I would have appreciated some shower gel and shampoo to make the tight shower situation easier. A small touch that goes a long way!

Lindo barrio. Tranquilo, y relativamente cerca de los atractivos turísticos.
