Interiors
The Ansedonia Villa by the Sea boasts modern architecture and stunning sea views. The property is spread over two levels. A wide staircase leads guests to the main living room. This very large space, entirely glass-enclosed and offering spectacular panoramic views, features two dining tables and several relaxation areas. The kitchen is spacious. Behind the kitchen is a service room with a bathroom featuring a shower.
The 6 bedrooms are on the lower floor, accessible via both an internal staircase and an external staircase. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds (two king-size beds and one queen-size bed). The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the last two bedrooms have twin beds. These three rooms open onto a hallway where there are two bathrooms with showers.
Exteriors
The villa boasts a stunning exterior with unforgettable views of the Mediterranean. A private staircase leads down to the sea, where guests will find crystal-clear water ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Large terraces and relaxation areas on various levels provide guests with a luxurious experience. The panoramic swimming pool with a wooden deck is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan coast.
Location
Ansedonia is a luxurious residential promontory home to a handful of luxury villas. The location is unique, just a few minutes from the large sandy beach of Ansedonia, where you’ll find delicious seafood restaurants and beach clubs. A 10-minute drive from the villa, Orbetello—the nearest town—is a charming and lively place with a beautiful historic center, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The villa is also an excellent base for boat trips to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. The Tuscan hinterland and the Argentario coast are other must-see destinations, not to mention the Feniglia Nature Park, just minutes from the villa, which is perfect for bike rides.

Our family, spread over 3 continents met in Italy for 10 days and it was amazing! The house is in the most beautiful location, with private steps that lead directly to the ocean. We bought pool toys from the local COOP and spent many hours in the sea and in the pool. The view is sensational too. The check in was wonderful with Maria and Claudia showing us around and Mineo taking special care of us each day. What a wonderful man. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds/bedding/pillows for a more comfortable sleep. I would also be sure an BBQ was made available for alfresco cooking. Easy changes to make. Thank you, Antonio, Maria and Claudia. And of course, Mineo. Overall it was phenomenal.
