POOL/HOT TUB: The pool is heated year-round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter. There are 2 Hot Tubs. One is located by the pool, and one is in a covered patio next to great room. GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce Court with premium oyster shell for the base. PARKING: The property is 1 Acre of flat ground. There is plenty of parking area for up to 20 Vehicles and places for trailers to park. MOTORHOME AND TRAILER HOOKUPS: There is room for a RV and 50-amp power and dump setup on the side of the home.
