The Space: - Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - 1 bedroom & a sun room with a pull-out sofa sleeper - There are 2 reserved parking spots in the "driveway" of the house. It is a gravel area down below the stairs to the house. - Fully stocked kitchen - Living room - Patio with outdoor seating - For safety, the fireplace is not in use. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. Getting Around: - Mount Hermon attractions (short walk) - Downtown Felton (3 minute drive) - Scotts Valley (5-10 minute drive) - Santa Cruz (15 minute drive) - Roaring camp (10-15 minute walk or a short drive) Other Things to Note: - Note there is a steep staircase to be aware of at this property. The stairway leading up to the home is long (around 50 steps) and fairly steep. These stairs require caution.
