There's a shared backyard space off your front door entry. This 200 sq ft studio is ideal for 1 person. It can accommodate up to 2 people maximum. Guest Access: You have access to the shared backyard and laundry utility room in addition to the studio cottage. Please note: Laundry use is prohibited during winter rain season.
