About this house rental
In the former Kergomar farmhouse, on the ground floor of a typical Breton cottage, you'll find this charming, single-story holiday rental comprising: a kitchen-living-room opening onto a large private terrace, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite shower room (with shower and toilet). A 75 m² terrace and a lovely 1500 m² lawn in front of the French doors, shared parking for the cottage and the bed and breakfast. Games of shuffleboard and molkky are available. Shelter is possible for motorcycles or sports equipment. Located in the commune of Ploumilliau, in the heart of the Trégor region, between the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix, the Kergomar gîte awaits you for a stay between the sea and the countryside. This gîte, with its own private entrance, shares the property with a bed and breakfast room upstairs (sleeps 2 - ref. 22G110796), another duplex gîte at the other end of the farmhouse (sleeps 2 - ref. 22G110743), and, in a meadow further away, two tents available in summer (sleeps 2 - ref. 22G110795 & 22G110794). Renovated and decorated by Alain and Morgane, who live on the same property with their two children, everything has been optimized, nothing has been overlooked, and their commitment to a peaceful stay is paramount. The welcome is exceptional! The authentic setting, the owners' ornamental garden, and their vegetable patch make it a unique place where you'll encounter animals (Clochette the hen, Orsan the donkey, Ouessant sheep, a dog, and pygmy goats)!
