An electric vehicle charging station is available at the property. The house has recently been fitted with new flooring. The spacious grounds provide plenty of opportunities to find shelter from the wind, enjoy the sun, and observe the fascinating wildlife and natural surroundings. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house enjoys peaceful and scenic surroundings that invite relaxation and quality time. For children, there are swings and a sandbox. Please note: The navigation to the holiday home at Erbækvej 5 may be incorrect, so we have prepared the following driving directions: In Byrum, turn left just before the church onto Doktorvejen. Continue along Doktorvejen and keep left when the road bends to the right. Follow Doktorvejen for a short distance until you reach a small gravel road called Erbækvej on your right. Follow the gravel road as it curves to the right. Shortly afterwards, you will come to a T-junction, where you will see No. 5 on the left-hand side. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
