About this apartment rental
A comfortable, modern holiday flat for up to 6 people with views of the Baltic Sea and the marina at Marina Wendtorf. From the spacious balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the seaside atmosphere and the view of the water. The bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen forms the heart of the flat. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Facilities include underfloor heating, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace for cosy evenings. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth provide entertainment. Three cosy bedrooms provide ample space for families or friends. The promenade is perfect for walks along the waterfront. Restaurants, cafés, the beach and the harbour are all nearby; Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can enjoy the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge. Further playgrounds are located right on the promenade. A free parking space is included with the flat. Whether it’s breakfast together with a view of the marina, a day at the beach on the Baltic Sea or a cosy evening by the fireplace: this spacious holiday flat combines plenty of space with a special waterside location. It is the ideal base for a varied holiday and, at the same time, offers a comfortable retreat for the whole family. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
