About this house rental
Charming small terraced house with a wonderful view of the Wadden Sea near Havneby. The house is spread over two levels and offers a cozy setting for a holiday close to nature. On the ground floor, you enter through a small hallway into a practical, well-functioning kitchen in open connection with the living room. Here you will also find a sofa bed that can be converted into two sleeping spaces. The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower and underfloor heating, providing extra comfort on cooler days. Upstairs, a bright glass bay window allows you to enjoy a fantastic view over the Wadden Sea. This floor consists of a spacious combined bedroom and lounge with two single beds and a double sofa bed. For entertainment, there is a television and a PlayStation available. The entire house is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. In total, there are six possible sleeping places in the house, but due to the relatively compact living area it is best suited for up to four people. The property is located in a child-friendly holiday area with swings and a small playhouse on a large shared plot of about 3,500 m². From the house you can easily walk to Havneby, where you will find the ferry connection to Sylt as well as fishing opportunities, shopping, and restaurants. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
