Nestled in Hoboken, this lovely condo for $350 per night is a great choice for your next break. This spacious home is situated on the 2nd floor of a brick row house on Park Avenue in the heart of Hoboken right outside of NYC. It boasts elegant characteristics with restored original details. The bedrooms and bathrooms are strategically placed on opposite sides for privacy, making it suitable for families, business executives, and leisure travelers. Whether you're seeking a short getaway to relax or an extended stay, this home provides a perfect place to unwind and make yourself at home. Hoboken is a walker's paradise and is home to many fine restaurants and shops all offering takeout and delivery. Getting to tourist sites in Manhattan is easy with multiple modes of transportation into the city via the NJ Waterway ferries, Path trains, NJ transit buses or the Light Rail. A bus to NYC is right around the corner. The PATH train station and ferry to NYC is a quick 15 minute walk. Perfect location for business or leisure travelers. Stevens University is a few short blocks away. Bedroom #1 has one full size bed and a queen size air mattress if needed. Bedroom #2 has a twin over full bunk bed and a queen size air mattress if needed. Living room has 2 small futon couches. Pack & play crib always included. I do not live at the building but I can be available if you need me.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was close to public transport to get to the city. We really enjoyed Hoboken’s shopping just a few blocks away. The owner was very responsive with any questions we may have had. Will stay here again.

Apartment was clean and a great location, close to public transportation to get into Manhattan easily, but still in a quiet/clean neighborhood. Didn't get check in information until morning of, but host was easy to get a hold of and was helpful.

The unit is well located. It's also clean and listed accurately. We had a vehicle so I wish there was more information available for vehicle accomodations. We figured it out after a $50 street parking ticket.

Great place and neighborhood. It would have been nice get check in information or communication 24 hours before so I didn't have to wonder about the process. Otherwise, great location and place.
