About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Perrine in the heart of Uzès.
Come enjoy a unique and modern location with a hot tub, pool, and beautiful garden. The house hosts 6 guests in 3 different rooms. You will be able to enjoy the city center with an easy 5 minutes walk. Or simply spend the afternoon by the pool enjoying the view.
The house is fully equipped with high-speed wifi, smart TVs, a kitchen, a washer/dryer, and all the needed amenities.
Upon your arrival, we will give you a tour of the house and show you the welcome booklet to make sure you know how to fully enjoy your stay with us.

This was our second stay at the lovely Villa Perrine. The property is very well equipped, comfortable, stylish and in a great location. It has a beautiful rural view over the valley to the rear of the property and is also just a few minutes walk away from the centre of Uzes, which has great shops, bars, restaurants and twice weekly market on Wednesday (food and flowers) and Saturday (everything). Hairdresser Sebastien Gourgeon is highly recommended as are restaurants Villa Curti and Ten. We visited the Vineyard at Domaine Saint Firmin also just a few minutes walk away from the villa, it has a great shop and staff who are happy to let you try all of their wines before you buy any. Jean Laurent is a a very good host, he always responds really quickly, constructively with helpful information. Last year when we visited my only slight picky criticism was that the pool was a little bit tricky to get in and out of for the older visitor, but this year the pool now has an extra step installed which solves the problem. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return.

Villa Perrine very well equipped and comfortable, beautiful views from the property and only a few minutes walk from city centre and great amenities. Uzes is a beautiful city with fabulous restaurants and local produce, lovely shops and friendly locals. Our only tiny comment for the elderly visitor is that the swimming pool is not very accessible, no hand rails and the two steps in are really steep, ok getting into the pool but difficult to get back out.We would definitely go back to Villa Perrine.
