Location was very good and a short walk from the historic center. The private parking is an excellent convenience and key feature of this property. The apartment was beautifully clean and it is clear that the hosts, Dino and Lucia, take great care of it. They have provided some nice touches such as a collection of travel guides, decorative features and a relaxation room. There is a nice small terrace as well. Communication was excellent with a personal welcome, and Dino and Lucia were quick to respond and attend when assistance was needed.
The air conditioning cools the loft bedroom and kitchen area very nicely but does not reach the front bedroom effectively. This room receives less sun and there are fans available in the apartment which help, however a second AC unit at the front would be perfect. Also, the AC is connected to the electrical system which is activated by the key card, so it cannot run while away from the property, which is more economical and eco friendly, but this means it takes longer to cool again after being away.

La ubicación excelente a un paso del centro histórico con restaurantes y cafés muy cerca. La limpieza otro punto a tener en cuenta, estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. Y el parking punto importante en esa parte de lLecce.
Es un bajo pero tiene mucha luz, como está en una calle sin salida nadie pasa por delante de tu casa y puedes abrir la ventana de la habitación q da a la calle sin q nadie te vea.
Por el calor, había ola de calor en Puglia, no pudimos usar el patio interior, pero tiene su mesa y un toldo para poder desayunar o cenar allí.
Fuimos en ola de calor y la habitación de las dos camas tiene solo un ventilador y los niños pasaron calor.
