Esmeralda, the hotel manager, was exceptional. She greeted us, gave us recommendations for restaurants and helped us every step of the way. Even booking our tours on the dock with Elizabeth Tours. She was the best as well as the hotel.

Very clean, the room was big, the location was good, the staff was very friendly. And has parking, which is a big plus.
A personal preference: both pillows were too hard. Maybe keep a softer one and a hard one. Also, the shower water temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, but there were never issues with the hot water.

Esmeralda was amazing! She was very professional, service oriented, and available to help us with every question or request during our stay! Actually, even before we got there. The entire team and staff were very customer oriented. They all made our stay in Skiathos wonderful! We highly recommend you stay here. And, if I go back to Skiathos, I will stay here again :). Thanks for the excellent service and all of your help during our stay!

New property, clean rooms, good location
Rooms are falsely advertised as soundproof. I like quiet rooms, but my room was on the ground floor right next to reception, the elevator, and the public bathroom. Room was also right next to entrance walkway so it lacked privacy.
There was no security access needed to walk through the entrance, so this made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveler since there's no 24/7 reception. Someone not staying at the hotel has full freedom to just walk in even at night. Even islands have dangerous people.
A bit overpriced as you are only paying for the room and no extra amenities.
View was the parking lot...
