Super clean, large comfortable room, with stunning views of the nearby mountains. A typical continental style breakfast made notable by croissants freshly baked and homemade jam. Special shout out to Antonella, the one person staff, who made sure we (and our big dog) had every comfort. Also, the village of Orsomarso is a hidden gem. Go. Stay. Be happy!

San Nilo is located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Orsomarso - a small mountain village where you can really escape from it all. Communication was efficient and we were welcomed by the host.
The room is small but does include a fridge.
We loved the location and the views, however see the comments below about the mattress and the breakfast.
There is plentiful free parking right outside the B&B. You wouldn't believe it driving up through the village, but have faith and keep going!
The mattress felt like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. It was so thin and hard, we may as well have slept on the floor.
Breakfast was basic, with terrible tasting coffee capsules, a small croissant and pre-packaged crispbread. It would have been nice to have something fresh, like some fruit (fruit flavoured yoghurt was provided). We recommend going to Bar Battiglia, just down the road in the village square. The super helpful lady who runs this bar/gelateria will serve you a better coffee and a fresh pastry.
It would have been nice to have two chairs in a double room. There was only one chair that we could use to sit on the balcony (which is a great place to sit in the evening).

El B&B es precioso, frente a la montaña y a la Virgen de la cueva, desayuno superlativo, con productos hechos por Francesca, la propietaria, persona muy amable y siempre disponible. Orsomarso es un lugar mágico y si te quedas en el San Nilo, lo es aún más. La cama muy muy cómoda y perfumada así como las toallas.
