The location is strategic, near to Melaka city and other facilities and attractions.
I would think the sofa sets could be replaced with the new one. A complimentary bottle mineral drinks would be great.

Excellent views. Modern design. Comfortable. Near some eateries. EV charging available at main lobby. Less than 7 mins grab to Jonker.
Sofa was in bad condition with holes and patches. 4G network downstairs is bad. Wanted to download the app to do EV charging but had to go back to apartment to do so. Had slight problems getting grab cos of the network. Had to circle to 5th floor to park the car.

Had a great stay at Bali Residence Melaka. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and food. The facilities were good and suitable for families. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. Recommended! 👍
it’s advisable to use the lift during non-peak hours, as it can get very crowded during peak hours with long waiting times. Sometimes, taking the stairs is the faster option.

Good location, nice sea view. Nearby restaurants with one being indian (Desilicious). Good pool & gym. Kitchen had cuttleries (spoons, bowls & plates), dishwashing liquid, microwave, induction cooker, one pan, mini fridge, electric kettle but no coffee / tea & sugar! Bedroom had 2 comfortanle beds.
You get only one access card so if you are staying with someone else then if one goes out the second cant go out as you need access card to use the lift to go up (return).
No hand wash and hand towels provided (a "showel gel cum shampoo" provided). No coffee / tea & sugar sachets provided
The sofa in the hall could be longer such that if reqd one can sleep on it.
