The best property we have stayed at. The hotel was very central and extremely clean with parking available. The host Alexandra was truly amazing and very friendly. She checked on us regularly and made sure we were happy and comfortable. The hotel room was very very close to everything right in the heart of Bitola.
The parking area was a dusty dirty road and hard to get into from the back of the property.
I would love to suggest more personal toiletries to be provided such as toothbrush, shower cap, small soap bars and earbuds to make the stay even better.

Staff were exceptional, great location with everything at your feet, room was spacious and very comfortable
Car park out the back could do with improvements, uneven dirt grounds, mud pools when wet, no parking spaces available

Jag tyckte om faciliteterna.
Porten är inte stängd och har inte lås. Vem som helst kan komma in i porten och i trapphuset. Detta medför otrygghet och osäkerhet.
